General terms on enrolment at Escola de Natação e Ginástica Morada das Garoupas LTDA (“Morada das Garoupas”), registered under CNPJ 51.440.311/0001-02, located at Avenida Antônio Roberto, 61 – Centro, Carapicuíba – SP, 06315-270, Brazil. Specific terms are set at the time of enrolment.
New students are welcome to a trial class before enrolling. Enrolment confirms the program, schedule and monthly fee.
Enrolment follows Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC). For enrolments made at a distance, you may withdraw within 7 days under article 49 of the CDC.
You may cancel with the notice set out in your enrolment agreement. Fees already due are payable up to the cancellation date.
